Engagement of consultant for preparation of Detail Project Report which include inlet Water analysis, soil investigations , route survey for RO units, reservoirs, pump house, distribution network etc, feasibility study of the project, GA drawing of the proposed system, construction drawings for network, preparation of technical specifications, standards and detailed estimate of RO plant along with distribution network , pump house and reservoirs, supply, and installation cost estimate of RO plants which by producing water and by proper blending with the surface treated water , shall be sufficient for supplying standard potable quality water to the target consumers , estimates of RO-operation and maintenance cost /year, cost impact on existing water tariff for domestic and municipal consumers to make the project viable and sustainable, vetting of these cost estimates from PHED/MED/PWD, Govt. of West Bengal and reviewing detail drawing , design and specification/standard submitted by the executing agency/contractor during execution, Preparation of tender documents for selection of executing agency, Preparation of draft Contract Agreement.(EOI-1 2nd call)
