Terms and Conditions :
- Security deposit as mentioned above will have to be deposited before formal allotment of flat. This Security Money will carry no interest and will be refunded on surrender of the flat. The Security Money to be deposited by Demand Draft/ Bankers cheque in favour of CEO, HDA payable at Haldia.
- Connection of electricity will be taken from WBSEDCL for which HDA will issue NOC.
- The tenant will have to sign an agreement with HDA on Non-Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/-. A duplicate copy will be returned to you after signature. Proforma agreement form is available in the office of HDA.
