HALDIA INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT AGENCY LIMITED (HIDAL):

The Haldia Integrated Development Agency Limited (HIDAL) was incorporated in March 2005 under the companies Act, 1956.It is a Joint Venture company of of HDA, IL&FS and local industries. The primary Sponsors of the company are Haldia Development Authority and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd. along with local industries viz : Exide India Limited, Haldia Petrochemicals Limited and Dhunseri Tea & Petrochem Limited.

HIDAL was promoted for implementation of projects sanctioned by Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India under Industrial Infrastructure Up gradation Scheme (IIUS) and development and implementation of Infrastructure projects mainly in Haldia region.
